Wiki Q&A

The supplied context does not identify a "best" Mastery Chain link for a "holy tank dexxer" build, and it does not contain any chunk that defines that build or ranks links for it. So I can't give a recommended link from this context.

What the supplied chunks do cover about Mastery Chain links:

• Links provide PvM bonuses, and you add them once you have gained the required XP to unlock a link slot [1].
• You can install up to 10 Chain Links of the same bonus effect in a single Mastery Chain, increased up to 15 with a redline upgrade; the only exception is "Special / Rare Drop Chances", which allows 20 links [1][2].
• Links can be removed via the Remove Links button in the Mastery Chain gump [1][2].
• Some links remain in effect while PvP flagged (for example Damage resistance and Defense), while effects that inherently have a chance to affect PvP are always disabled when flagged [1].
• Example link values from the bonus table include Effective Magic Resist Skill, Effective Parrying Skill, Healing Received, Damage Resistance, and Spirit Speak/Inscription [1].

Requested details not present in the supplied context: any definition of "holy tank dexxer", any ranking or "best link" recommendation, and any link specifically tied to a holy/Chivalry tank dexxer playstyle.
